Our stay was very nice. I would rent this house again. Very close to the beach-2 minute walk. The steps were difficult for a family member to get up but not terrible.

We had some miscommunication on the entry codes when we arrived, but the host was responsive via text, and we were able to get it resolved relatively quickly. The place was clean, but the disposal and the dishwasher did not work properly. The upstairs attic bedroom was very warm during the day, so we had to use the floor fan from the downstairs bedroom.

The house was as described. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. It can accommodate 6 people, but only has parking for one car, a few blocks away. In the instructions sent by the host, it stated that there was one spot in the driveway and another spot in a paid lot ~5 minute walk away. For $1700+ for 3 nights, I would have hoped they would provide parking for at least 3 cars given the size of the place. I was told to move the car out of the driveway and was told I could pay additional to park in the same lot as the other car. The other lot did not allow public parking until after 3 pm. The company then suggested I park on King Street, over a half mile away. They said to reach out to their concierge team if we needed anything, yet didn't help with this problem. We didn't hear from them after that- No check out instructions were given so I assume they didn't require anything special. Overall would recommend, just note that parking isn't easy in Charleston.

Cute place! 10-15 minute walk to King Street. We loved the neighborhood. Multi family unit with one parking spot in driveway and street parking. No problems checking in or out. LSR was quick to respond to a minor malfunction with a toilet we noticed after we checked it and it was fixed without issue. We were very happy to stay here!

Great rental that is walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and King Street. The space was clean and the linens were great. We had a few issues with parking - the alley was too narrow for our car to fit. The host responded quickly and got us an alternative, but it would have been nice to know beforehand and we would have driven a different car. Parking offsite was inconvenient because we have a stroller and there was not enough room to bring it into the space.
