Tina and Steve's place was exactly what we needed for hosting family in Kimberley. They were so helpful and everything was exactly as expected. Everything was clean and comfortable. My dad actually said the bed gave him a better night's sleep than his bed at home. It's a perfect condo if you need somewhere accessible as it's on the first floor and there is no issue getting to and from the front door with a walker. We could also park right next to the entrance when dropping him off, which to anyone with mobility issues is a huge plus. Thanks again Tina and Steve for a great stay! We'll be back!
Great location to Kimberley Ski Resort, good accommodations, wonderful communal hot tub! Tina and Steve were very responsive and dedicated to providing us with a great stay.
If you are looking for a ski in/out, this is the place for you. Nice size sleeps 4 well and the pullout couch was comfy!!! Well stocked kitchen with all you need and ample towels and toiletries. I did give it a 4 for the value. We needed a 6 month rental and we stayed somewhere else for the first 4 months for about $1000 dollars less a month. Realize Jan/Feb is a busy time of year for Kimberly.
it was a bizarre experience. First, we asked for an early check-in and was offered 2 hours earlier for $25.00. We said we would save the $25.00 and stick with the regular check in time, in which they responded offering a one-time deal to check in early. if the unit was ready, why try to scam $25.00?? Lots of TV channels advertised ( hbo, showtime) none actually available. Hot tub broken. The condo was clean but really overpowered by Lysol. It took us a day to air it out. Overall it was quiet and the location was good for skiing at the Nordic trails. The communication was odd, and I felt like I was on the other end of a scam the whole time. In the end, we were given a $50.00 Amazon card for being " awesome. " I wouldn't use them again. It was unsettling.
Well laid out and appointed, clean unit on the main floor. Minutes drive from town or KimberleyAlpineVillage. Just as represented in pictures and a pleasure to stay at. Great hosts and value.
