We offer a quiet stay including coffee and tea for travelers looking to avoid noises of the city without being far away . The place is nice located by 2min walk from the bus station to go to the Centrum in 10 min. By the way, you cang borrow from us 1 or 2 bikes (if the 2nd is available) for FREE, you'll reach the center in 15 min! The neighborhood is beautiful close to shops (lidl, Albert H..). you can swim in a beautiful lake within 10 min by walk. Please notice that there's no kitchen. The room is clean, very good isolated (even if the neighborhood is very calm), and heated during the winter.

Voor mij de 1e keer dat ik via Airbnb een overnachting regelde. Het ging vlot. Ruime kamer, badkamer ook. Bij bed zou een betere lamp kunnen voor het lezen.
Heel gemakkelijk te parkeren in de straat, ik stond recht voor de deur geparkeerd! Schone kamer, comfortabel bed, gemakkelijke toegang tot de badkamer die zich net naast de slaapkamer bevindt. Aangenaam verblijf!
The hosts were easy to communicate with, it’s easy to find the place. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and it’s easy and fast to get to Nijmegen. Great room and bathroom 😊

Very quiet, easy to access, easy to park. No car traffic as only the residents come to the neighborhood.
The neighbourhood is pretty nice for a tour as it is a big green space
