Approx 10 minutes away from Southampton City Centre by walking with a close by bus stop with regular services heading towards the town centre. Recommended to sleep 2 adults comfortably on a double bed in the bedroom but there is a compact sofa bed in the living room / kitchen area for an additional guest/child. Paid parking in 3 minute walking distance £11 per day. Within walking distance is the Solent University, Saint Mary’s Stadium (Southampton FC) and City Centre. Guests also stay with us as its an affordable way to visit bournemouth which is one of the largest seaside resorts on Britain's south coast. The perfect place for couples, solos, business stayers, family or contractors or for remote working.

Located within St Mary’s which is a multicultural residential area.
We do not provide parking nor are we responsible. The council place restrictions on parking within a radius of the city centre so parking for free is a challenge.
Usually 2 hours on street parking outside the property is allowed.
Compton Walk (Public Car Park) - 3 minute walk has parking available at £11 per day. There is a option for a 3 months ticket for £300.
Trinity Road (Council Car Park) - 7 minute walk has parking for £9 per day.
Six Dials (Council owned) - 8 minute walk has parking for £8 per day.
Aside from this: Royal South Hants Hospital which is around a 10 minute walk offers long stay tickets. £13 for 7 days, 14 days for £25 and £37 for 30 days. This is usually the cheapest option but technically is for patients and visitors to the hospital so please proceed at own risk.
Aside from this there is other options on Parkopedia, JustPark that may suit you better but these are the options I usually recommend.
