It is a peaceful country setting which is close to major roads and great local amenities. Located next to the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, minutes away from the Kingston waterfront with many restaurants, sailing and kayaking. The private property includes a chicken coup, large shed and garden. The 2,250 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 1 office, living room, large family room with fireplace & full bar, big laundry room, gourmet kitchen, dining room. 2.5 baths. It is a very open space. NOT SMOKE beautiful large and spacious house, with fireplace and bar in the family room. we are located on 11.4 acres and we have chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese’s Not smoke!

Nice stay close to Kingston!
Had a wonderful time! The place is great!
We had a great time feeding the chickens and ducks. Children collected the eggs layed by the hens. Making campfire in the backyard, and at the fire place. Host left firewood and fire starter for us. Children went to woods behind house to collect more firewood. House was clean. Comfortable beds, lots of linen. Great country vibe. Enjoyed the privacy. Host was very responsive. Used host bikes to ride the wallkill valley trail, next door to house. Would come back again. If bringing toddlers, be careful as stair case is enclosed with non childproof slats that are very open. (We didnt have toddler)
Exceptional stay! The host's prompt responses were greatly appreciated, and the accommodation was impeccably clean.
