France was welcoming and flexible with arrival time and her place was as described. Comfy bed, great shower, small kitchenette for basics. Very quiet neighborhood with easy TTC access. Stayed two nights; very we quiet and comfortable. Would choose again.

France was friendly and helpful. She provided everying I needed and checked to see that I didn't need anything more. She helped me downstairs with my suitcase. The ceiling is low, so don't disregard that comment in her description. I enjoyed my stay very much. Dorothy

The place is exactly what is seen in the photos,very clean. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The bed was comfortable.France was very responsive and friendly. Convenient location; the bus stop is a few minutes walk, takes you to the main substation. Walkable distance to food places,some shops,coffee shops, Grocery store not too far.
