Our cosy 100m2 flat is located in a ground floor in Mazarrón, less than 15 minutes from the city centre. This flat, located just 50 metres from Playa de La Reya and La Pava and with the beautiful Playa de Nares beach just 100 metres away, is the ideal place to spend a summer holiday with family or friends, with the port less than five minutes away by car. With capacity for up to 6 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The flat is located on the ground floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with sofa and TV and a dining area with a dining table - the separate kitchen - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150x200 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200/80x200) * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200/80x200) - 1 bathroom - private terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture. In the common areas, you will have access to outdoor showers. It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest.

A lovely little apartment on the beach. Tomás was incredibly helpful and when we discovered a little issue with the oven, he had a new one installed the next day. Great host, amazing location 50m from the beach. I have family in Mazzarón and will definitly contact Tomás next time I am in town!

Mazarrón is located in a wide bay open to the Mediterranean, with 35 km of coastline. It has two important urban centres: the port and the capital of the municipality, 5 km from the coast. The name of Mazarrón has been linked since its origins to the mineral wealth of its mountain ranges, rich in lead, zinc, silver, iron, alum and almagre. Already in Phoenician, Punic and Roman times, immense mining works were carried out, leaving abundant archaeological remains. The Arabs also settled in the area, attracted by the abundance of minerals. 16 urban beaches, 17 unspoilt beaches, and a wide range of leisure activities in this town you will find everything you need for a dream holiday.
It takes less than 15 minutes by car to reach the property from the centre of Mazarrón and you will have a private parking space, just behind the building there are 6 parking spaces. One per house. The parking space number is four.
If you arrive by bus, you will be dropped off at the bus stop "El Triángulo" (the driver knows the bus stop by that name). You will have to walk there (it is very close, a two minute walk).
Some of the main points of interest in the area and their distance from the house are:
- Cabezo del Gavilán viewpoint, 5 minutes walk away.
- Gredas de Bolnuevo 5 minutes by car
- La Reya and La Pava beaches, 50 metres away.
- Nares beach, 100 metres away
- Puerto de Mazarrón less than 5 minutes by car
Supermarkets within walking distance are expensive, it is preferable to drive to Lidl or Mercadona (7 minutes by car). If you are staying for a longer stay, you can use Mercadona's online service, which will deliver your groceries to your door.
