This impressive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a spacious terrace and lawned garden, as well as views over the neighbouring countryside towards the sea. Villa Tama is only a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Binibeca Vell and just 5 minutes' drive from the sandy Binibeca beach. The neighbouring resort of Punta Prima is also within a short drive. Pool heating (for 2023 only), WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included to get the most out of your stay. Located in Binisafuller, Binibeca, Villa Tama is a mere 10 minute stroll away from a good choice of shops and restaurants at nearby Binibeca Vell. Close to the beautiful South coast of the island, the picturesque sandy cove beach of Binisafuller is also within walking easy distance or only 5 minutes away by car. Villa Tama is surrounded by a large lawned garden and is in a slightly elevated position affording partial sea views from the terrace. Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.2 - 2.1 mtr depth

Absolutely fabulous villa, couldn't fault it at all, it was lovely! The villa overall is well organised, comfortable and clean, lots of space inside and out and had sun all day. The kitchen has everything equipment wise, including jars/tubs to keep open packets of food etc fresh, there is even a funnel which was so handy to decant the water from large bottles, and lots of prep space. I think this is the best equipt holiday kitchen we've stayed in. The bathrooms were great too, all have storage and somewhere to put your toothbrush etc which other places we've stayed have lacked, it's things like this which makes the stay more livable and comfortable. Parking inside the gate was very difficult so we opted to reverse up the drive and park outside it rather than risk damage to the hire car. There is a mini market in walking distance for essentials, and a large supermarket only 10 mins away and around 15-20 mins away is a Lidl. We had some nice local strolls too. Perfect!
