There is a beautiful gas tank-less BBQ for grilling out to enjoy dining alfresco with friends and family. Do not remove pool chlorinaters, pool hose, or pool cleaner. Removing any of these items will incur a $300 fine! Laundry Conveniently, a laundry room is located on the property. We provide laundry detergent for your stay. Parking Our guests have use of two dedicated parking spots. There is additional uncovered guest parking on the street, but do not block the neighbors’ homes. Guest Access During your stay, the home is all yours. Our check-in process is easy with a keyless Smartlock. Make yourself at home! A few days before check-in guests will receive a unique code to unlock the property. No pool fence, practice caution with children. Every Thursday morning the pool is cleaned by Blue & Gray Pools. EARLY CHECK IN? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. LATE CHECK OUT? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL? - No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.
