Located on a cul de sac, (last house on the block meaning no neighbors near studio).
Although we are in proximity of the airport, and in a friendly family neighborhood with kids, at times farm animals, the studio is fairly quiet, since there are no direct neighbors to the studio entrance, and the patio door and bathroom window both have double glass panels for noise control.
We’re surrounded by wetlands to the south and west, which brings wildlife such as ducks, cranes, hawks, eagles, owls, beavers, raccoons, rabbits, and some unwanted creatures as well as field rats, spiders, and bugs in general. Please keep all doors closed at all times to avoid unwanted visitors.
The studio location is geared for driving from and to and not for walking, Walking from and to the studio could be an issue, especially at night time, or in rainy and snowy seasons. Please consider this before you book.

Your parking space in my driveway will be directly in front of the private alley to the studio.
There is a coded exterior door lock. If you have problems using the code please text me if you need to.
