We live in in a quiet and comfortable suburban community just minutes from the Mexican border and about 20 minutes south of Downtown. We are minutes from the Plaza Las America's Outlet Center, North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre and Sesame Place Theme Park and the Cross-Border Express (CBX) terminal bridge to the Tijuana International Airport.
Just about everything you would need for daily life is within a short walk or a short drive.
There's a lovely neighborhood park directly across the Street with children's playground, basketball court, and baseball fields.
Within a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes driving you'll find an abundance of cuisine and shopping.
For shopping, we are near Vons groceries, Walmart, Bullington, and the AMC movie theater.
For cuisine, we are near McDonald's, KFC, Carl's Jr., Taco Bell, Little Caesars pizza, Mexican fast food grill, Chick-Fil-A, Subway, Starbucks, Golden Dragon Chinese food with amazing salt and pepper wings, Todomachi Sushi, and Teresitas, a family owned, fresh Mexican inspired fruit salads and smoothies establishment. You must try their Chamango, a chunky mango smoothie.
A 5 minute drive will get you to more Pizza places, various Mexican taco shops such as Burros n Fries, Popeyes, L&L Hawaiian food, and more.

A two minute walk gets you to MTS route 934 doing a large circle route to Imperial Beach and back. The opposite direction bus is the 933. Both go to the Palm City Trolley station where you can transfer to explore the city via San Diego's electric light rail, the San Diego Trolley.
