This is a peaceful self contained Studio situated in a quiet lane in a quiet location. We are close to local Station a 5 minute walk and easy links in to central London and Greenwich. Also Links to the O2. We are also a short Drive/Bus Journey away from Blue water Shopping Centre and Thurrock Lake side, both of which have many restaurants and Cinemas. So if your looking for a place to stay that is cosy, Practical, and just plan nice, look no further. The space is clean and ideal for quests who require a quiet place to stay, its well equipped for everything you need for a stay, has a double bed on suite bathroom and micro kitchen. Smoking is not permitted in the property, however property has a space outside to smoke if needed. its self check in and out.

The Borrow is a quaint little place. I was visiting some friends that weekend and needed a place for the night. It really suited my needs. the place is clean, warm, and cosy. Janet is very kind and helpful, a delightful host.
Janet was a lovely, wonderful host! Arrived to a stocked fridge and a warm setting. In total was here for six weeks training and went home on the weekends. Came back to fresh bedding and fluffy towels, she really did her best to make my stay comfortable and the place was immaculate. Recommend a stay here, private cosy and clean. Thanks so much for hosting me!
I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was extremely clean, cozy (a must for traveling in winter) and cutely decorated. The bed was super comfortable, the hot water pressure was amazing, and the amazing hosts left plenty of amenities and snacks + drinks in the fridge. The area was safe and peaceful and a very quick walk to public transit. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had an amazing stay. Janet was an amazing host and could not do more for us. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for a night away to just relax and have a nice night away. Thank you so much.

We have good Train and Bus Links in just a few minutes walk away. There is also free parking outside the property in the lane. Erith Town Centre is 10 Minutes away, local shops 5 minutes walk away
