Place had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our extended family of 13 adults. The house is not young and needs some upkeep - deck needs painted and a deep cleaning. Multiple thermostats would be ideal...some bedrooms were extremely warm while others were very cold. In terms of cleanliness - a few pillows were stained and there was dust/dirt in corners of the rooms, but the worst was the outside furniture. We had to scrub it down before we could use it because it was coated in pollen. I realize pollen falls at an alarming rate in the Spring, but it was obvious that it hadn't been touched in quite some time. A hose-down before our arrival would have gone a long way. That being said, once cleaned we thoroughly enjoyed the large table outside on the covered deck. Perfect for meals and family games. Kitchen was a little lacking-no lg bowl/casserole and coffee pot missing its lid. For the price paid, we would have expected a higher standard.
