The pool could have been cleaner and also heated . Hot tub was amazing! Outdoor space was very nice

This place was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood away from the Strip, yet only a 10-15 minute drive away, making it an ideal spot for a family trip. However, there were some unexpected issues: there was a fee for early check-in, which was surprising as I've rarely encountered this in my travels. Additionally, had minor issues and had to perform chores during vacation 😅 Despite these points, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next family visit.

We were visiting Las Vegas for our granddaughter's youth hockey tournament. This place was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids under 10. With the many TVs, football table, and pool & hot tub, the kids had plenty to do. The kitchen had all the essentials - including coffee! - and there are lots of nearby restaurant and carryout places. It's on a cul-de-sac, so low traffic and private. Easy drive to the airport and the strip. I'm happy to recommend Unwind and our hosts Irene and Catie!

This house served our needs of 7 adults & 3 children perfectly.. Easy access to downtown Vegas, very quiet neighborhood, clean--our host was very responsive. My grandchildren loved the pool and spa. Great place for the price.

The stay in all was really nice. The property is beautiful and the area is nice and quiet. The place was also super neat and clean. It was a last minute booking so there wasn’t much time to pick differently, yet the stay was not taken for granted!! We had an issue with our hot water. 2/4 days we stayed I took cold showers. Also I would consider using the pool and hot tub as is rather than paying for heating. We were charged a flat rate for the first day and an additional daily rate for pool heating. We went out to see the city and came back to a cold pool and hot tub.Shortly after 11 we returned for pool fun but our plans were cut short… The host stated that she didn’t allow pool activity past 10pm?? Any pool that is fenced in at a residence should be available throughout the duration of the booking. If you have to pay for heating then you should be allowed to use the pool whenever you would like! Overall the place itself was extremely nice, but some rules seemed ridiculous.
