This house was a home away from home for our family trip! It met the needs and exceeded the expectations of everyone in our group! Tammy was an amazing host; very responsive, and I had ALOT of questions with it being my first Airbnb rental. She was helpful and friendly with every question. The house was even better than the pictures. The pool and backyard were amazing. We saw quite a bit of wildlife in the yard during our stay. Even met a tortoise that frequented the yard that my daughter named Timmy the Tortoise! The outside grill is very nice, we used it a lot. The kitchen is incredible, it helped us be able to cook at home and not eat out so much. The outdoor shower is PERFECT for after the beach, being covered in sand. Also, having the washer and dryer was a huge help. This house made our family vacation that much better. Can’t wait to come back!!

The pool and price is what drew our family in. Once we arrived at the house and went in we were astounded. The inside was fully furnished. Need a book? She has many. Need a cleaning supply or random Pedi kit? She has them! Need shampoo and conditioner? She had it! Games for kids ? She has that. She had spices, flour, coffee, sleepy tea, and other random items like baggies and wax paper. We legit needed nothing but food! Her grill was easy to use which we used almost daily. I nicknamed her Roomba Gufey (his label) and he ran randomly to clean the house. The pool was clean, clear, and warm. She did have the pool guy come while we visited but didn't disturb us as we weren't there. She did communicate the day before that a pool guy was coming. The deck was covered and screened in, so no bugs! The deck had furniture and pool toys and floaties. She also suggested area trails which were a walk away and beautiful! we seen alligator gar. This was a home away from home. We will be back again!

Tammy's place TOTALLY exceeded our expectations. We walked in to a beautifully furnished well-laid out floor plan that couldn't have been more perfect. Split bedrooms, with one private bath for the master and then a shared bath for the other two bedrooms, with a pocket door for privacy to the living area. And then, to top it all off, our bedroom, the living room and dining all walk out to a gorgeous 89 degree pool, all completely screened in! Fenced in and private back yard with no rear neighbors. And be sure to bring your bikes (or Tammy has some for guests) we biked the trails at Turkey Creek Sanctuary and Malabar Scrubs which is just a few minutes bike ride away. Miles of beautiful old Florida trails, you can hike or bike! Tammy also has kayaks for guests to use to kayak the creek! That was only thing we didn't get to do! We made it to the beach which was actually pretty quiet for almost spring break. All in all, if you're coming to the area, book this house!! You won't regret it!

What a great home to visit. Everything was just like the pictures. Beds were comfy. It was filled with everything we needed. Very Clean. Games & nice TV 's for when we were relaxing after a our busy days. The Pool was great. I liked it to stay warm for November & nights .It was 84 degrees . Tammy was the best. She answered right away . Communication was wonderful. We had a very small issue and she took care of it right away. I would recommend staying here again. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+
