The room, kitchen and bathroom was not clean. There were hairs on the ground, dust in the corners and stains on the bedsheet. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment. Still, if you are looking for a relatively cheap place to stay in NYC, then a good option. Round about 45min. from the location to the city center (Port Authority Bus Terminal).

The place is clean, bed is made beautifully. The only thing i would say is, i wish there was a tv in our room. The bathroom Has some hair and stains. The bed and blankets are so comfy. I just wished the blankets smells fresh like laundry cus the one we had smells like someone has already used it. Kitchen and living room was cleaned. But overall it is a good place. The host is very responsive. Just be aware that parking is going to be hard in this area but there is a public parking by the Library on the same block that u can pay $10 only overnight after 9pm.

This was exactly the place I needed to be able to quickly get into the city and have a place to return for the night. I'll definitely come here again
