Elham was very nice and responsive, the place was clean and had all the bathroom/kitchen essentials needed and was in a prime location in Newmarket close to everything. Would stay again!

Elham's place was clean and well maintained. It was a comfortable stay.

Was okay, just make sure you check the place over once inside carefully found used nail care products, and mixed bottle of prescribtion drugs in couch that my son found . Also beware of the plumbing. Washing machine consistently almost causing flooding everytime it ran. Owner won't clean sheet but will try to charge you to get new sheet that simply need a wash as damages. Location is okay. Close to buses, mall and grocery shops for those who don't drive.
