Highly desirable area and within steps to the BEACH, PROMENADE, and RECREATION COMPLEX with a wonderful playground, skate park, and the new Kayak and SUP launch. Whether looking for a Family vacation spot (Our place is fully stocked for families with little ones) or a quiet getaway, this is the perfect place for you! Upon entering this home you will find 5 newly remodeled spacious bedrooms (2 of which are master suites with private baths).Incredibly open living area with a kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with a fabulous deck off the front and back. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and promenade. Traffic light at the corner of Landis , making crossing easier.

We had a great time staying here! The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location! With all the bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for a large group. It was a cold and rainy weekend, so we didn't spend much time at the beach, but it was very close and easy to get to! Johan and Christina were very responsive and even offered to let us check in early and check out late. Highly recommend!

Our two families had a fantastic time at this rental. Everything was exactly as described and everything worked as it should. The location is perfect to get to the beach and to JFK for the shops, restaurants, and playground, yet far enough away that it is in a quiet area. The living room is spacious, the picture tv was huge and we loved the fireplace (as it was February.) The kitchen has new appliances and is perfectly stocked with everything you need to make it feel like you were at home. (pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of dishes, cups, and utensils. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and the bedrooms were spacious. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Johan and Christina were friendly and answered all questions extremely quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze. If we ever get to rent here in the summer, we would love to use the garage and the bar and tv out there. It would be perfect for post-beach relaxation. 100% recommend for your Sea Isle Vacation!!!
The house had everything we needed and more! Johan & Christina really got above and beyond to provide for their guests and also have a fantastic response time with any questions! The living room is perfect and super cozy and the kitchen has pretty much everything you could need!

Very walkable to restaurants and shops but on a quiet street. A block and half to beach. Free parking.
