Our stay at this guest house was a great experience. It felt private and was clean - and beautiful! The hosts were very responsive to messages and helpful with any questions. I would highly recommend staying here and would consider staying again when back in State College!

Thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a stylish cozy and spotless place to stay in a charming location . Everything was wonderful for our Greek parent’s weekend visit! Very walkable 8 minutes to Fraternity and only a few blocks into town. Hoping to stay again.

Don't look anywhere else! Jen & Mike are exceptional hosts, and their locations (we had the great joy of having the Guest Suite and the Carriage House!) are furnished with a decorator's eye, with absolutely no amenity missed! Between the pool table and games, the "fireplace" in the Guest Suite, and the radiant heat in the Carriage House, this location was an absolute gem. We could want nothing more during our visit! I only regret that I did not find out about their fabulous home sooner! If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay while visiting State College, look no further!
