I booked this place because of location which was close to my relatives and good restaurants. This is a great family place, quite, cozy and comfortable. One will feel at home as soon as you enter the unit. You will find all the amenities as listed which is really well thought after and appreciated by all. The Host is responsive and committed to make your stay a memorable one. They even were happy to make changes and accommodate our requests without any complaint. I really greatful to them and hope to come back again and will strongly recommend anyone. Overall, our stay at this place was great. Thanks to host for all that was done to make it a memorable one.

Really nice place to stay if you want to explore hyderabad for the first time. Closer to most of the tourist attractions. Gave me flexible check-in and check-out. Felt right at home - is the perfect way to describe the stay

We stayed at Syed's place for 3 nights. It is situated in a residential area right at the centre of the city with all attraction within 15-20 of drive (inclusive traffic).From the time we stepped in the property it felt right at home. the rooms are as you see them in the picture. Spotlessly clean, no smell what do ever. Had all required amenities, sufficient bedsheets, towels, Pillow and blankets. Total 3 AC's 2 in each bedroom and one in living room. 2 separate bathrooms, one attached to one bedroom and one in living room. Kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, I had a small kid 1.5 years old she loved the stay because there is lots of open space and the balcony has a small play site. Host is very responsive, Caretaker Mr. Shakeel was very polite and helpful. Lots of food joints nearby from juice, to bakery, restaurant. Overall wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

The place is super clean and as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is clean. There are ample number of towels and linens. Host is very responsive. There are a few scenarios you need to be aware: 1.) The home has a sub motor to maintain the water pressure, however the motor is noisy and can be constantly heard during the night. If you are a light sleeper, then you need to be aware of this scenario. 2.) The wifi is weak. Bathrooms and patio do not have a wifi connection. 3.) Due to some reason there are always a lot of people (~25-30) on bikes, smoking, shouting, etc. on the street where this home is located. I did not feel safe walking alone on the street. 4.) The street is blocked on both sides past midnight, you need to either walk to remove the blocks to drive into the street.

Syed is a wonderful host...clean and spacious rooms...worth of every penny...looking forward to stay as well in my next visit....I recommend this place for peace lovers
