Krystal and Nene’s place was an absolute gem in Yaletown! We loved how centrally located it was to all the major attractions. Their home is so comfortable, cozy, and had beautiful views all throughout with floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen and living room. There is some construction occurring in the surrounding area, but the noise was minimal especially with the windows shut. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the different pillow firmness options. The bathrooms were spotless and had all the amenities needed. We also appreciated how secure the building was and the parking available if you have a car. Krystal is extremely responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay making sure everything was alright. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Vancouver. Thank you so much Krystal and Nene!

Clean & beautiful space in a really nice location. Seated in a quieter neighborhood, it’s a great alternative to other areas around downtown if you’re looking for a more laid back environment. Being a block away from a park and seawall makes it convenient if you want to take a run or roam around somewhere with a bit of green space. Between walking and the buses a couple blocks away, getting around the area was easy. There’s a sky train station a few blocks away if you need to grab or reload a compass card for the public transit. Hosts were proactive, responsive, and friendly. Check in was relatively easy. If you’re driving, you have to park in the little lot in the back, get buzzed in, and run up to grab the fob in the room, before you can get into the garage It can be a bit noisy in the living/kitch area during the day. This side faces hwy 99 & there’s construction going on across the street. Not bad at night, but the noise does start early. Bedrooms are on other side and are quiet

We had a great stay and Krystal was very responsive and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures online and it is in the perfect location, minutes away from David Lam Park and restaurants in Yaletown. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was as described--we enjoyed our time there. There were other amenities in the neighborhood that we didn't know until too late, we will try to make up for that next trip. The apartment has everything to make the stay very comfortable and easy, it was a lovely touch to have a welcome basket with snacks. Krystal's partner is indeed a superhost. We had some difficulty with the Tv but he showed up at the place within minutes to help out--as well as answering all our questions in a timely manner. The only issue was the big construction project going on in front of the apartment--they started with heavy equipment at eight am on the dot, but like most big cities that happens often. Krystal's place is super clean and we look forward to staying there again.
