spent almost 4 days here at marianne and anns place within metro. thw location was awesome and nice. You can ask the guard and other facilities if u need with any direction they are very nice specially the kitty guard who has a fat tummy and the orange cat na laging bantay sa entrance ng pool. the place was also nice and homie. just as like what they described in the place, altho the place may need a thorough cleaning for previous hosts hair but the rest managable nmn and all. The place may also need some maintanance but this is still a gem in the city and affordable then. kudos for the aircon in the room it can make ur bed so cold but wish the sala also has a n ac. some sockets were missing convertable plugs but that was bcs of the previous customer who took it away which is very sad. but they were always responsive of ur needs which was awesome!

There is a convenience store, a water station, and a laundry shop in the building.
The place is a 5 minute walk to the MRT station (Boni) and SM Light mall.
Pioneer is located at the center of Metro Manila, which is very convenient to go to all major CBD areas like BGC, Makati, and Ortigas.
Restaurants/fast food chains are also near this place. If you want some hole in the wall restos, you can easily go to nearby Kapitolyo, a food haven for foodies.
From the airport, you can take a Grab and input "Sunshine 100 Plaza" or specifically, 4 Pioneer St, Mandaluyong City. The place is right after Axis Residence. Turn right after Ministop, you will see a guardhouse going to the lobby. You can check out the map in the photos.
From the place, you can also easily take a Grab, but when all else fails due to high prices, the regular cab drivers are standing by a nearby gas station.
The place is a 5 minute walk to the MRT Boni station.
Kapitolyo is a haven for foodies looking for hole-in-the-wall restaurants. This is just 7-10 minutes from the place by cab or even a trike. There's an HMR store along the street, just a 5-minute walk from the place.
You are also near luxury malls like Capitol Commons, EDSA Shangrila Mall and hotel, and Powerplant Mall in Rockwell. But if you just need to buy errands, there's Robinson's Forum and SM Light Mall, which is just a mere 5-minute walk. Or there's the ever popular SM Megamall, just 2 stations away from Boni MRT.
But if you'd like to go where the actions are, go to BGC or Makati which are 15-40 minutes away, depending on traffic situations. In BGC, you might want to go to The Fort Strip, to Burgos Circle area, Uptown BGC, High Street, or a weeknight food market in Mercato. In Makati, there are bars and restaurants scattered in all areas, but the favorite of expats and non-locals is the Burgos area.
If you want to shop for bargains and knock-offs, there's a haven of all sorts of RTWs, bags, shoes, gadgets, jewelries, etc. in Greenhills Shopping Center, 15-20 minutes by car from the place.
