The location is perfect for Oxford's tourist centre and the paid parking is in very close walking distance. Despite the nearby restaurants and bars, there was no problem of noise in the evenings. We found this an ideal base for a short city break.

The place itself is nice, and as described, but the agent service was not. I have tried contacting them repeatedly during and since, but get nothing but automated / pasted messages and clearly no-one reads mine. Problems I have told them more than once: - the wrong lockbox combination was provided for the front door. As no phone number was provided I had no way of getting in other than keep guessing the combination, which is what I had to do (luckily only 1 digit was wrong) - showerhead broken and unuseable I have sent photos of the problems, and despite receiving two messages in between mine asking for feedback (automated), no-one has read or replied. If anyone had actually replied to me in the last 36 hours since I checked out I could have just told them this instead of writing the review. Despite this I would stay again, the accomodation is nice and well kitted out.

very convenient loction！walkable distances to campus！2 mins to the bus Stop to airport! We enjoyed our stay very much!
