Muy agradable experiencia, Mariella fue muy amable en todo momento, el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo que describe, la cama muy cómoda y la zona es tranquila. Lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme ahí con seguridad.

The environment is so beautiful, peaceful, and clean. I felt welcomed by the family as if I was one of their daughters. Super helpful and informative on anything needed. They even made sure to drop me off where I needed to catch my flight. Such a delightful, warm, loving energy. I will visit again when back in Pucallpa:)

Mariella and her beautiful family made me feel taken care of throughout my stay. The flat is exactly what I was looking for with a comfortable bed and an ac and a warm shower (although I’ve become accustomed to no ac and no hot water and it wasn’t my priority, I really appreciated feeling comfortable after a month stay near the jungle). I requested my stay at 5 am and Mariella replied to me in the early hours of the morning and I checked in on the same day in the afternoon. Very flexible and responsive - I struggled to explain where to be dropped off and Mariella explained to the taxi driver for me on the phone. They also offered and took me to the supermarket with them so I could get some food after my arrival (as they were going there too). I loved the patio and the lovely garden views from the kitchens window too. They also allowed me to stay longer than the check out time until my flight time in the evening. Thank you so much Mariella and to your lovely family too.

Mariella nos recibió muy atentamente desde el primer momento en que llegamos, así cómo nos brindó soluciones inmediatas ante cualquier dificultad que tuvimos. Nuestra estadía se volvió acogedora siendo nuevos en Pucallpa, gracias a la hospitalidad y servicio impecable que recibimos, por lo que no dudamos en recomendarla y en volver.
