We changed the property once(since we were firstly offered another one with worse condition). Also for the changing, I could not get any response from the owner for a whole morning(even calling, no reply). So I wasted a morning waiting in the apartment. Also I don't understand why the facility is very limited. No microwave (I asked for and they sent later), no rice cooker (I asked for and they sent later). And we ran out of toilet paper twice, the first time I asked for it and they sent the next day(sad..) and the 2nd time I just bought by myself. The whole apartment is ok. But I just spent tooo much communicating everyday for the necessities they should have prepared without asking.
