Unloading your things is a breeze when you park in your private carport directly in front of your front door. Enjoy the spacious living area with comfortable couches, large TV and fast streaming. Lose yourself in this custom shower for as long as desired then drift away in our extremely plush queen beds in each bedroom. Fully stocked with everything needed during your stay including full kitchen, washer and dryer, fast reliable Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, moving streaming, trash service, and much more.

Pros: very close to downtown Hilo; beds were decently comfortable; good bathroom; easy, convenient parking. Cons: dated furniture with one of the couch back pillows torn in multiple locations; top of fridge very dusty; small-ish shower with no tub; one of the closet doors in one of the rooms kept detaching (had to reattach multiple times); the nightly noise from invasive coqui frogs (earplugs were provided but could still hear them); awkwardly positioned dining room table.
My family and I enjoyed staying here! It was a nice, peaceful place to stay and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We especially liked the skylight in the bathroom and having AC in every room.
Family friendly home & convenient location! Host was very responsive to all our needs and concerns. Would definitely come back to stay.
Our small family of 3 (tween) loved our stay here - it was neat and had every thing we needed for a few meals (appreciated the condiments to use) for a few nights. It was conveniently close to the town of Hilo, and could’ve walked straight to the boba stand in 10 minutes, but opted to drive since there was a small bridge to go across and it was raining. Since there werent that many options to stay in the town of Hilo, we felt lucky to find this place!

Hilo has always been a favored spot for visitors traveling the Island because of its central location, historic beauty and easy access to shopping, public transportation (bus), restaurants, farmers markets, parks, beach access, waterfalls, hiking, post office, and more! Recently there has been an increase in popularity, with the eruption of Mauna Loa.
This area is one of our favorites in town! Neighboring farms, views for days and just a couple minute walk to downtown Hilo! Enjoy county water, high speed internet and great neighbors. Centrally located for all your Big Island adventures on the East side!
Beautiful Hilo-side beaches, perfect for snorkeling and watching the sea turtles lie just minutes from the home. Tour about an hour south along history enriched hiking trails and beautiful coastlines with multiple beaches to stop along the way to the only Black Sand Beach (Punalu’u). Continue south just a little further and you will find yourself at the Southernmost tip of the United States (South Point). Famous Green Sand Beach is just a 3 mile hike from South Point or if you’re lucky, you can pay a local to drive you down in their 4x4, well worth the experience.
