Steps away from the famous Drake Hotel, yet closer to the lake and Oak Street Beach. This spot is considered the best location in the city-- steps away from the best stores/restaurants in the world located on Michigan Ave (Mag Mile) and just north of Navy Pier. We look forward to hosting you! Be one of our first guests to enjoy this freshly-renovated apartment! This is a quaint, boutique building (Harry Weese Historical Building), offering a beautiful, common rooftop with 360 degree views. Welcome yourself to this newly-rehabbed apartment featuring: * Full-Size "Murphy" bed with Novaform memory foam mattress * Full bathroom with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner * Designated workspace desk * Comfortable, leather sofa in Living Room * Fully-equipped kitchen stocked (utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses) w/ all SS appliances and quartz counter tops * Very safe and secure building with updated Latch system Other things to note about the space: Living room has large SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. DONE TO PERFECTION! CLOSE TO LAKE, SHOPPING, AND RESTAURANTS. Common rooftop deck with even better views of Lake Michigan!! Building gym! Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Q: PARKING? A: Sometimes upon request, we may have an available parking spot for you with in/out access for a below average price. Otherwise, we recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find free or cheap parking. There are SpotHero spots near the building for your convenience, available on a first come, first serve basis. Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. You will have more than enough. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this. Q: Is the bed comfortable? A: Some guests say the best they've ever slept on!

Great location! Very safe neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and things to do. Easy access to the beach. Nicole and Matt were easy to contact and quick to reply!

Absolutely loved my 30-day stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, and the host was incredibly accommodating. While there were some cleanliness issues, like finding female hair on the carpet and floor, the washroom was decently cleaned. However, overall cleanliness could have been better. I did run short on supplies like dishwashing pods and handwash, but the host promptly took care of it. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Streeterville is a neighborhood in the Near North Side community area of Chicago, north of the Chicago River. It is bounded by the river on the south, the Magnificent Mile portion of Michigan Avenue to the west, and Lake Michigan to the east. The City of Chicago only recognizes a small portion of this region as Streeterville. Thus, it can be described as the Magnificent Mile plus all land east of it.
Streeterville includes some of Chicago's tallest skyscrapers, such as the John Hancock Center, and upscale stores, hotels, and restaurants. The east side of Streeterville is Navy Pier, the most visited attraction in Chicago, and the John Hancock Observatory, the eighth-most visited attraction in Chicago.
The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is on the Chicago campus and is adjacent to several closely affiliated hospitals, including Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, the Prentice Women's Hospital, and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. The Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law is at Chicago Avenue and Lake Shore Drive, adjacent to Lake Shore Park and Lake Michigan. In the western end of the park is the Museum of Contemporary Art. The downtown campus of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business has a Chicago River setting to the south.
Streeterville is accessible via Lake Shore Drive with multiple direct exits in both directions. In addition, the Chicago 'L' has stops at Chicago and Grand stations on the Red Line, which runs along State Street immediately to the west of the neighborhood. From the Kennedy Expressway the Ohio Street exit feeds into Streeterville. Numerous Chicago Transit Authority bus routes run within the neighborhood, notably along Michigan Avenue, Grand Avenue, and Chicago Avenue. During warm-weather months, water taxis and sightseeing boats ply the Chicago River along the south edge of the neighborhood and Navy Pier handles similar Lake Michigan water traffic.
