We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from CBU and this property was conveniently located to all things Memphis and was the perfect stay for this occasion.! The decor was so cute and fun…I loved it!! As a heads up, 1/2 bath is very small and tight and located in one of the bestooms..I’m 5’3” and had to get creative but overall that did not impact our stay. Kayla is a gem, there was an issue of ants in one of the rooms and she was quick to respond and sent a delivery of bug spray and donuts!! (As a heads up, I didn’t even have to use the spray. I wiped everything down w the mint cleaner from the kitchen and had no further issues). We had one other minor issue and she was Johnny on the spot. Great stay!

Everything at check-in was great! The house was as shown on the website, and everyone slept great in the beds. The house was charming and well-decorated. Kayla was super responsive with any of our small inconveniences!

Quick and responsive host. House had adequate bedrooms as listed. It was nice having the grocery store and pizza place within walking distance. Only downside was the house smelled of smoke from a previous non-compliant guest. It was a good stay for our needs.

This house really is beautiful! The pictures online looked great but almost didn't so it justice. The indoor & outdoor spaces were the perfect gathering spots. We felt very safe there & it was very relaxing. We were visiting a range of places in different directions all over Memphis and nothing was ever more than 20 minutes away! Absolutely great place, we would stay there again!

Such a great location and house for a stay in Memphis. It was close to everything we visited. The house is decorated exactly like the photos and is super cute. Kayla was a wonderful host - very responsive and kind. I would recommend this home without hesitation!
