Very good and responsive host! The accommodation matches the description. But it’s far from the centre of the city and beaches.

The apartment itself matched the description. Clean apartment, nice view, no wifi. Beds were comfortable. No toilet paper (fortunately, I always carry an emergency roll), but everything else was good. The building is under construction, which didn’t cause any problems. Not much noise. The location listed on the original posting’s map is inaccurate. The actual location is quite far from the center of the city and away from food or entertainment. We felt quite isolated and, if I had originally know this was the location, we would have stayed elsewhere. Navuth was communicative (thankfully) and was helpful throughout the unnecessarily complex check-in/out process. Some preemptive planning could make this much more straightforward. I have a hunch we are the first guests to stay here, so I hope some of inefficiencies can be sorted out for the next guests.
