Logement très grand et neuf, donc agréable même s’il manquait quelques équipements dont nous avons fait part à Viviane qui d’après sa réponse en tiendra compte.

While the pictures actually represent the overall atmosphere & aesthetic of the apartment, there were several factors that contributed to the overall discomfort of our stay. The owner was fairly responsive to issues we were having once we arrived but failed to mention these issues prior to our arrival even though they were ongoing problems. There was an issue with the power frequently going out which the owner told us had been an ongoing problem that hadn’t been fixed yet once we called about it. We were told to go into the power source room & manually turn the power on ourselves (multiple times throughout our trip). The place appeared clean at first however the longer we stayed the more bugs & overall uncleanness we saw. By the 2nd day of our stay the fridge was filled with roaches, though we did not have any open or unsealed food. In regard to safety, the entrance was very secure, a little difficult to locate initially, but remained a safe place to inhabit during our stay.

Excellent location in Hounslow Central. Next to two supermarkets, Mall, cafes and restaurants. Easy and fast check-in. The flat was clean and organized. I loved the washing machine and dryer, it makes life easier. The internet also works 100% ok. I recommend the flat. Viviane was super attentive.
