This room is located in the neighborhood of Ville-Émard (South-west part of Montreal Island). It closes to Metro station, grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, bank(ATMs and branch), convenience store, restaurants and commercial center. Free street parking is available. Please ask us for more parking regulations in advance. It is a good choice for new arrivals, tourists and business travelers. ATTENTION: We are not responsible for any parking ticket in case it happens. We provide essentials to the guests. Kitchen with basic daily utensils are provided to the guests to cook their own meals if they want to. Wifi, Washer and dryer are also available in the apartment(detergent isn't included). Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Free street parking is available all the time. It follows first-come-first-serve rules and also with certain regulations and restrictions. Convinient location
Great place, clean and easy to find. A close 10 min walk to the metro. Would definitely stay there again.
Logement avec un prix attractif, mais il ne faut pas être exigeant avec la propreté. Pendant le séjour les poubelles n'ont jamais été vidé, la propreté de la salle de bain et de la cuisine laisse à désirer

Within 20 minutes walking or take one stop by bus to: Carrefour Angrignon (commercial center). grocery stores, pharmacy and banks are around commercial center.
Walking 10 minutes to: Angrignon Park
Public transportation:
- about 5 minute to Metro/Subway Station Monk(green line) or 10 minutes to Metro Station Angrignon and bus terminus
-about 20 minutes to downtown Montreal by Metro and 22 minutes to the core of downtown Montreal by Metro.
