The home is brand new. In a good location with parking. However, they do not provide multiple keys which is a big problem if you are two couples or people that go out independently. Keys come with an electricity card . Another issue is that the home is heated by ACs but there is only 1 controller in the house. Lastly the door of entering the house is similar to the doors that you find in the house, so security but also sound proofing wise is not great. Other than that, the property is renovated and clean.
Beautiful house near Halandri. Quiet street and place near to the train station. In 15 minutes you’re in Monastiraki. Good level of cleaning

Check in instructions: You will take the apartment keys from a black/grey lockbox that is located on............................ It's the first box. Open the black lid, use the code you will see above and pull the small door to your side to open the box and collect the keys. Take the keys, close the small door again and shuffle the numbers. Τhe apartment is located on the ............ floor. As you exit the elevator, turn .................. and it's ...................... door on your left. On the door you will see a sticker with the inscription Mint.
HOT WATER & HEATING:
For hot water, turn on the switch inside the electrical panel that says "HOT WATER" and wait 20-30 minutes.
You can use the A/C to heat/cool the house.
There is a smoke detector.
Check out instructions: Check out is possible until 11:00am. You can leave the keys on a table inside the apartment and close the door behind you. Make sure first the door downstairs is unlocked!
Please make sure to lock the door of the apartment whenever you exit and enter the apartment and that all the devices, lights and switches (hot water etc) are off. Make sure that all the balcony doors and shutters are closed. It's a safe neighborhood but just in case.
HOUSE RULES
Do not throw paper in the toilet, but in the small bin next to it.
Please do not forget to turn off the switch at the panel after 20-30 minutes! Hot water is then available in the shower and kitchen.
