The newly built villa is located only 2.5 kilometres from the first beach, and close to the towns of Zadar, Šibenik and Biograd na Moru. This modern villa has 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and one with bunk beds. An additional two guests can sleep on the couch in the living room. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. At your disposal you have two bathrooms - one bathroom has a shower and another bathroom has a bath. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub. You can refresh yourself in a heated pool of 32 m2 surrounded by 6 sun loungers or prepare delicious meals on the outside grill. The youngest guests will have fun on the children's slide, swings and climber. Guests have 3 parking spaces available. Vransko Lake Nature Park is only 2 kilometres from the Adriatic Sea and a favourite place of nature lovers. The park has ornithological and cycling paths where you can discover the diverse animal and botanical life of this region.
