Urban Homeshare located in North Phoenix. We have a 1 person per room MAXIMUM. This is a 5 bedroom homeshare with other Airbnb guests. This house has 2 shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, and a shared backyard. Street parking is plentiful and the driveway has 3 first come first service spaces available. Prior to booking please click the "show more" tab on the "Things To Know" section below. This will show our full house rules and the locations of our security cameras. Each room is private, has a king or twin bed, and TV. Guests will receive shared access to two common bathrooms, a sitting area, a shared kitchen, and a simple backyard.

I was not the one who was staying here I had booked the place for my friend. He stated that he was very pleased with the place, it was clean, safe and comfortable. The only issue he had was I guess the older bathroom, I guess the shower was backed up, it wasn’t draining properly. I did tell my friend that on the website, it said to use the bathroom next to the kitchen as it was freshly remodeled. But at that point, it was during the quiet hours, and so he was unable to take a shower. That is the only reason why I gave it four stars. Other than that he said that the place was very nice and he would stay again.

This homeshare is located in a working class neighborhood of Phoenix. We have a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shopping options nearby. If you need any recommendations we’d be happy to share a few of our favorites! Phoenix and its surrounding suburbs are host to a variety of annual events including the Barrett Jackson Car Auction in the spring, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Phoenix Pride Fest, and a variety of sports teams including the Cardinals, Suns, and Diamondbacks.

Uber, Lyft, Turo, and Taxis are readily available in our neighborhood. The local bus has stops within a few blocks of the house. It is possible to walk in Arizona during the cooler months of the year but we do not recommend doing so from June to September unless you are familiar with the extreme heat.
