Family and cat friendly, my home has been recently renovated to be fully wheelchair accessible and ready to welcome you. If you're staying for a couple nights or a month, this home is prepared with virtually anything you'll need to get and stay comfortable. It has been created by and for the disabled! Only: -5 mins from Chickamauga Battlegrounds and Chattanooga National Military Park - 15 mins from downtown Chattanooga and the Tennessee Aquarium 20 mins from Chattanooga Zoo - 20 mins from Hamilton Place - 20 mins from Chattanooga Choo Choo 25 mins from Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum - 20 mins to Ruby Falls - 20 mins to Lookout Mountain - 30 mins from Signal Mountain - 1 h 45 mins from Atlanta, GA, Knoxville, TN and Huntsville, AL - 2 h 15 mins from Nashville, TN - 2 h 30 mins from Pigeon Forge, TN Freeways: - 15 mins from 24 freeway - 15 mins from I-75 There are all kinds of things to do in the Chattanooga area, especially hiking, fishing, and special interests. Please note: the door sizes are all 36" but I have not had a chance to get photos with a measuring tape just yet!

Acacia’s place was very private and peaceful. We felt we were in a very safe location. We had a little trouble getting in because the wrong key was in the lock box, but she came out and got that fixed. A few minor items about cleanliness were noted by us but nothing that made us feel they needed to be fixed during our stay. Communication was very good most of the time. One of the beds was a little uncomfortable, but a mattress topper might help that. All in all it was a good stay for our purposes of visiting our daughter.

The neighborhood is very quiet, other than the odd dirt bike or 4-wheeler driving by. The neighbors are all super nice and keep to themselves.
Please keep in mind that this home is not within city limits. This means that neighbors are allowed to have all kinds of animals, so you may expect a rooster or goat in the area.
Because my house is outside the city limits, it's best to use a vehicle. If needed, I have a wheelchair van for rent on Turo. Please message me for the link.
