There is also a balcony. The city center and the main station are in about 5 minutes on foot and the Schwetzingen Castle can be easily reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has 2 rooms and is suitable for stays of up to 3 persons. The living room is very spacious and offers enough space to watch TV or relax. In the second room there is the bedroom with a total of 2 beds (140x200 and 90x200). A very large wardrobe is also available. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen offers you enough space for your creative cooking skills. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and vanity unit including a vanity unit. You can turn the balcony into a second living room on sunny days.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Nice place, as in the pictures - modern and with all the facilities you could want from an Airbnb. Easy access to central Schwetzingen and to the train station. I stayed for several weeks and it was great for a long stay. The only thing I'd say is that the apartment is right next to the railway track and lots of trains do go by - this didn't bother me particularly but just if you're a very light sleeper etc you might want to bring earplugs.
Die Wohnung von Thomas ist unbeschreiblich schön. Es ist sehr modern und neu und es ist optimal für die Arbeit und Leben ausgestattet. In die Nähe gibt’s viele Möglichkeiten für die einkaufen und Freizeit. Thomas ist immer bereit auch alle Fragen zu beantworten.
Sehr schöne neue Wohnung. Großes Wohnzimmer. Kleines funktionales Bad. Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank.

There are some good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the castle garden can also be reached quickly and easily in 7-10 minutes on foot.
The main train station is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. There is also a large shopping center (Kaufland) and many other shops for everyday needs right nearby.
