when we enter with one day delay because their management blocked us because of Ramadan and turned our one days .when we said possibility we extend another five days they said no worries just let us know one day before when the time comes they said sorry someone else booked the house whereas there no-one else booked we checked as as well and they put us under pressure to move to another unit which is higher price but fortunately one of the agent we know got a unit for us immediately they thought we are tourist people and cheat us easily my wife is Malaysian and I am 14 years in country and the reason I got air bnb because my ex house contract 2 was finished and couldn't renew anymore anyway we leaved there with very very bad memory

The place that we stayed at Arte+ Ampang was not the same as the pictures shown on the app. The wallpaper was tearing off, there was a stale smell on the towels and sheets, there were stains on the sofa, and the wifi was terrible. Furthermore, the bathroom was smelly, the cutlery provided were dirty, and the fridge had a noticeable smell. Apart from that, getting into the place was inconvenient, we had to drive down all the way to B4 just to find our designated car park, and from the car park we had to take one lift to get to the libby and change to another lift to get to the apartment. Overall, not worth the money
