房间干净整洁，设施一应俱全，步行可达美泉宫，非常推荐。
超高性价比的公寓，特别推荐！房内装潢很新，有三间卧室 四张双人床。公寓里美泉宫很近。一切都很完美！

Grosszügige, saubere Wohnung in der Nähe von Schönbrunn. U-Bahnstation, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind in Gehdistsnz. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse. Obwohl die Wohnung ausserhalb liegt, ist man dank der U-Bahn sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum und bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, eines der Schlafzimmer ist ohne Fenster und - wenn man gewöhnt ist mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen - etwas stickig. Wir haben nachts die Türe offen gelassen und so ging das ganz gut. Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, für Einfaches wie Spagetti oder Frühstück ideal.
Die Wohnung war sauber, aber das Treppenhaus war etwas schmutzig und es war schade, dass es keinen Aufzug gab. Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut: U-Bahn 5 Minuten, Bus 2 Minuten.

Also around the corner is Café Raimann, a traditional Viennese coffee house with cheap food, a large selection of newspapers and a charming interior.
Public transportation:
The subway station U4 "Meidling Hauptstraße" is a 4-minute walk from the house, from there you can get anywhere in a few minutes.

I recommend you use the parking garage "Parkhaus U4-Center - Wien " Schönbrunner Str. 222/228, 1120 Wien.

You need to register free.
Your windows will remain closed. The barrier opens fully automatically at entry and exit through license plate recognition.
