The stay was good. The neighbourhood is friendly and full of families. Kids park and a tennis court right off the crescent. Next door neighbours are very polite and super nice. The house is of good size with multiple rooms. Bathrooms were clean and cleaning products were provided. Backyard was neat and spacious. Overall, place is a 8.5/9 out of 10 for a family that is of moderate activity. Jasmin was great as a host. When I arrived I found a foul smell from the garage. I also found broken glass around the entrance. I cleaned it up myself as I had my kids around. I messaged her, and told her how unhappy I was about the glass. She responded right away and told me that she will get both issues taken care of. Soon enough a garbage disposal team was there to remove the garbage. The driveway was not swept though as she mentioned but honestly she could have understood that I no longer needed it to be since I removed the glass myself. No biggie. Happy overall.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb while visiting Ottawa from Waterloo. The spacious and clean 4-bedroom townhome was perfect for our group, and we even had friends over. It's a great place for both relaxation and entertainment, with amenities that cater to kids and adults alike. The neighborhood is charming, and its convenient location near grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants was a big plus. The description on the listing is accurate – the townhome offers a blend of sophistication and comfort. Being just 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa was a bonus. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a wonderful getaway.
