My husband, 3.5 year old, and 3 month old all stayed at Terri’s home for the weekend. The home itself was beautiful and in an amazing location on the water and in walking distance of Capitola Village.

This was a beautiful place to stay for my family of two parents and two young kids. The kids absolutely loved the river view from the patio and we ate most of our meals there. The kitchen had every kind of dish or utensil we could need. The small space was cleverly furnished to expand to our needs, with a table that expands and a coffee table that adjusts height for casual meals or snacks. Bathroom was spotless and there were thoughtful details everywhere, like the four separate towel hooks (no place ever has enough places for a whole family to hang towels!) and the outdoor beach towel hooks and outdoor shower with warm water. We LOVED our stay and our kids were begging for us to move in permanently. We hope to be back soon!

This was my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in… and I’ve stayed in a lot! The house is little, but all you need for a couple or small family. It’s perfectly appointed with high-end appliances, linens, etc. Every detail was considered. It’s a quick walk along the river path to downtown Capitola which is a delightful little beach town. Terri is wonderful. Very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

This was above our expectations! This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at. We got spoiled with all the nice amenities and cleanliness. Terri was very easy to get a hold of and we got to meet her. We will defiantly stay here again. Thank you Terri for your hospitality and friendliness.

Great views in a well manicured home! Terri was so helpful and the pathway along the house was a great stroll. Recommend!
