Overall this location was great. Very close to everything in Canyon. Enjoyed being so close to the park, and from a financial standpoint, was a better return on spending than a hotel

Overall the house was sufficient. Photos on size of living spaces are a little deceptive. Bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned well. There was toothpaste on the faucets as well as hair on the sinks. The house is across the street from a beautiful park with walking trails.

There were pluses and minuses. The good… next to a large park which is perfect for kids, very convenient to Palo Duro and all Canyon activities. Water pressure was good and the water was hot. Kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. The owner left candies around for the kids which was sweet. The house needs a significant deep clean (esp kitchen and bathrooms) and replacement of very worn household items.
