We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The location is great, safe and quiet. It is very convenient for walking, only 10 minutes walk to the Old Quarter with many restaurants and cafes around. The rooms are exactly like the pictures. Nam is a great host, he is very enthusiastic and polite. Highly recommended.

Great place and great location. it's easily walkable to many restaurants and to the lake. Nam was very proactive and friendly with recommendations and general help and advice for seeing Hanoi. the rooms were very clean and the area is very safe.

We loved staying at the Moonlight House. It was perfect for our family wanting 4 separate bedrooms with bathrooms. First, can't say enough about the hosts. Nam and cohosts were exceptional in communication, service, and flexibility. Nam is a genuine caring person. The four rooms, each on a separate floor are clean each with natural light, windows or doors for fresh air, and air conditioners for cooling if needed. The top 5th floor has a little more space with a full sized bed and pull-out couch, and a walk in shower. The location in the French Quarter works well, quieter and safe in a mixed district of business and government/diplomatic buildings. Coffee and juice shops right out front and within walking distance - pricy, but great quality. Two blocks to Hoan Kiem Lake, easy access to the Old Quarter to the north, walking distance to several go to spots. This is a perfectly located base. We hope to return.
