Escape to paradise just a stone's throw away from the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the exhilarating Aphrodite's Waterpark. Villa Irida is your haven of tranquility and relaxation, offering an unforgettable holiday experience in one of Cyprus's most sought-after destinations. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea ( less than 5 minutes walk) from one direction, and the popular Aphrodite's WaterPark (less than 5 minutes walk) in the opposite direction. The villa has a beautiful private pool with plenty of sunbeds and an outdoor dinning set to enjoy the perfect holidays! Entering the main door, you find yourself between the living space and the dinning area, with the staircase to the bedrooms upstairs in front of you. To the left, past the dinning area, is the way to a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and the kitchen. The staircase going up leads to a kitchenette, with the 2 en-suite bedrooms to your right (1 bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds). On the left of the kitchenette is a door that leads to the balcony, which you are going to fall in love with, as it is the best place to enjoy your drinks at night, looking at the beautiful sea-views and sunsets. All the bedrooms are airconditioned, as well as the living room and the kitchen. Wifi signal is strong throughout the entire villa and outdoors around the pool.

Great place to stay at a great price, walkable to anywhere water park and beach only 2 minute walk from the villa, had a good pool and clean house, owner was very quick to reply to any questions, would definitely stay again👍🏻
Our family of 5 went over Easter ‘24. We loved it. Great villa. Lovely pool, and we loved the area which is just off the main strip of hotels. The villa was an oasis of peace when we wanted that, yet a nice walk along the beach to any one of a 100 great bars and restaurants
Good overall
Beautiful villa in great location, very quiet and peaceful and only 5 minutes walk to beach. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Villa looks exactly like the photos and is well maintained. Welcome pack in fridge was great as we arrived late at night, also host agreed to a late check out which made such a difference on our last day. Recommended a local car hire company who were also great and very helpful. Great sized pool and lovely upstairs sun terrace which had the sun all day until sunset. Loved our 10 night stay here and would happily have stayed longer.

The villa is part of a big complex of villas with a car rental shop right around the corner. The villas are all well kept and the neighborhood provides the feeling of a luxury location which accommodates high class guests. There are options for those who wish to go to the beach (Rikkos Beach - 10 min walk), (Cabana Beach - 20 min walk) and the waterpark is also within 5 minutes walk, giving you plenty of options.
There is also some watersports very close by, a Tennis court, and a kids Luna Park, all within few minuets walk.
