10/10! A beautiful cottage nestled in the mountains surrounded by trees and a rushing creek below provided the peaceful dose of nature we were seeking for a long weekend getaway. We saw several deer and birds on/around the property. We thoroughly enjoyed burning wood and drinking wine in the cozy living area and even took a trip down memory lane with a couple games of CLUE! We cooked every night in the fully equipped kitchen. The cottage was very clean and offered a lot of nice touches throughout. We would return in a heartbeat.

Such a quaint and lovely place. I felt very comfortable there. I cooked a lot and had everything I needed. If using gps to get there, you need to keep going straight when it ends, then take a left and driveway is on your immediate right after hairpin turn. I am familiar with the area and much was very close to get to.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home. Home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Morning coffee on the screened in porch, watching and listening to the birds, was so peaceful. Clean inside and out, private, safe location, and all around a wonderful experience. The surrounding area had so much to do. *Pay attention to the recommendation of the host. The road to the home ascends a steep, narrow mountain road. The driveway into the home could be difficult to navigate with a vehicle/ driver not equipped to do so. We took our mid-size suv and had no trouble at all.

This place was Beautiful! It was just as described. Everything was clean and well maintenanced. Yoder was very good at keeping ping us informed on anythinh important we may need to know being from out of town and he was very quick to responded and help with any questions! We would definitely book a return stay and also recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much!
