Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 4 blocks from the ocean and central in Jacksonville Beach. Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking along with a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside. This space is equipped with two queen beds and has a pack and play, perfect for a family staying. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more. Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs. Living room has smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv. The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was so cute— from the decor to the amenities, we had everything we needed. It was me, my husband and our dog and we had plenty of space. The unit was on a safe street and we were able to walk right to the beach and restaurants. Easy drive to other places too! No one was in the unit next to us for our stay so it really felt private. If I had to be picky, I would just say the water pressure for the shower was not good but nothing you can’t get over.the yard space was great for our dog, I wish it was grass but the gravel wasn’t terrible and the landscaping was nice! They had coffee/tea stocked for us and all the dishes/kitchen essentials you need. We didn’t really cook but it was nice to make coffee in the morning. I would 100% book this unit again if we are back in Jax!

Very cute and updated, enjoyed our stay! Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean, fenced in backyard with seating and nice lighting. Great location, only a few blocks from the beach. Love that they included beach chairs and a wagon during the stay. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants too. Communication with hosts was excellent. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 5 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. Whole Foods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums.
