Guest house had bugs .. One of the showerheads In the main home was broken and made a huge mess. The master bathroom had absolutely NO hot water. Unable to watch the TV in the master bedroom and the living room. The utensils in the kitchen were very old. The wood spoons were splitting at the spoon end. The stairs to the balcony of the main house has broken tile on the rail. One of the members of our group actually got a pretty bad cut on his hand due to this. The icemaker was very dirty. There was stuff left in the fridge from who knows how long ago, The house seemed very “lived in.”There were random notes rolled up in a ball and other random items. We did not feel comfortable. We did not get that at “home vibe.” It literally felt like we broke in to a random home and squatted a few nights. It was outdated and dirty. For 3100 for for 3 nights Id expect to have hot water and be able to watch tv on vacation.. pros: close to the beach, good ac and guest house was nicer than main home.

Large house right on the beach with a second smaller house just behind it. The views were gorgeous and the beach is clean and quiet. The house could use more maintenance.

Poor maintenance. Bathroom door locks did not work for some bathroom, some showers did not have enough water pressure, some bathrooms did not have hot water, bedsheets were not clean, lots of bugs...
