For more then two guests we have a couch that opens up for room for two more. Although we do not have a full kitchen, we provide a coffee bar, a small fridge and microwave. This is a quiet respectful home in a beautiful upscale part of town. —— Extremely health conscious! You will enjoy fresh air at our home. We are family, health and faith focused, with a SMOKE-FREE and DRUG-FREE home. We live on the property and for your safety and ours, we maintain a zero tolerance NO SMOKING premises which means : * NO Smokers (of cigarettes or marijuana of any kind) * No Smoking inside * No Smoking outside We have QUIET HOURS from 11pm to 7pm so we expect you to be in by 11pm and not too much coming & going after that (eg not appropriate for smoking breaks). We respect our neighbours and their right to not have a lot of night activity near their property. NO SMOKERS 🚭 at all.
