We were in town for Grand Rapids Riverfest (which was awesome) and lucked into this beautiful apartment on the lower level of a great lake home. Annette thought of everything we might need (maybe even a bit more) and we had a great time. Looking forward to returning at some point and enjoying a kayak outing on the lake. There's no AC but we had crisp, cool weather and surely didn't need it that weekend. A real find. Highly recommended.

We had the best time at Annette's place! The place is beautiful and was perfect for 2 couples. It was very clean and had pretty much everything we could need. We ate out often, but the kitchenette had everything you'd need to eat in. We had a very hot weekend, but never got too warm in the house. The area is beautiful. The GPS took us a little short of the house, so that was a minor inconvenience but we found it pretty easily after. The kayaks and paddle boat were great amenities and the yard is a great space for games. Annette and Tom were awesome hosts. She was very responsive and sharing the space with them was very easy! They were very kind and generous but also gave us space that it barely felt like we were sharing the space. They also added a couple homely touches like a hand written note and a binder with suggestions for the area. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!
