The villa itself is 200 m² in size and optimally accommodates 10 guests, who have the entire house with a garden of 1000 m² at their disposal. You can also sunbathe on one of the 10 sun loungers by the pool or play table tennis. The villa is fully fenced up to a height of 3 meters with a fence, a hedge and trees. There are 5 parking spaces at your disposal, 3 of which are covered. Villa Rustica is located only 8 km from the sea and 10 km from the first beach. Vi?njan is one of the most beautiful Istrian towns with special charm and famous for its observatory, which you can visit. Tourist centers ?
