Mikes place was a nice house for my buddies and I’s little getaway from home. Mike was a great host and his house was exactly how we pictured it. Recommend his home, especially since it was near the beach and to so many other places.

We were looking for something small and cozy, and with a very particular location (a 2 minute walk to where my Dad grew up). Easy to get into and out of, right in between Milford and West Haven, a block from the water. Michael was both helpful and quick to respond, and one without the other makes it tough.

Simple, clean, minimalist place. The neighborhood was great, right near the beach. Beds were comfortable, although one thing to note is that one bedroom is through the door of another, so good for close friends or family. Everything was clean, we had what we needed and Michael gave us clear instructions on everything. Location was walking distance from a few bars, driving distance from some good resturaunts and about 15 minutes away from downtown New Haven. We had a great vacation

Perfect place to stay with the pups as there is a fenced yard and lots of walking especially to the beach. Great stay and looking forward to another in the future.

Mike was accommodating to our changing needs as my husband ended up needing extended medical treatment during our stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the views of the sound just one block away.
